To secure your place the package fee must be paid in full within 45 days of reservation.

The retreat requires a minimum of 10 participants and currently we have secured enough interest to proceed with the retreat.

Balance payment: within 45 days from reservation or no later than 15 July 2023, which ever is earlier.

REFUND POLICY

The organizers cannot entertain refunds once the balance payment has been made, however transfer of the participants retreat fee to another unregistered participant is allowed. If this situation arises please notify the organizers asap.
In the event that the organizers cancel the retreat, a full refund will be made to all paid participants.
